Criminal Congress Continues to Usurp Powers

The thugs and mobsters in congress who don't have enough to do mucking up our lives on the economic front and making us miserable with their over reach, are this week butting into child rearing and the cribs our babies will sleep in (Today Moms online).

I guess when you are as responsible for the slaughter of approximately 50 million innocent unborn in the womb as Democrats are you might need to pretend you possess a shred of decency regarding innocent baby life. And so the baby-killers--the Democratic Party under the dangerous and extremist Barack Insane Obama--are now regulating the kind of baby cribs Americans can buy.

This could be a desperate and futile attempt by Democrats to prove they are humane individuals. Too late. That is impossible. There is far too much blood dripping from their fetus-murdering hands.

Besides that, only an imbecile believes that the Constitution gives the federal government the right to regulate cribs. That is, of course why, obviously, the Democratic Party pushed it. The whole national government and the people would have to be at risk of collapse for government to reach in and grab this power to regulate cribs. And, believe me, the government will not collapse even if the number of babies who died is doubled, or tripled--tragic as it would be. It is simply impossible that government would cease to function and the whole of the people suffer if more babies died in cribs. And that is the bar for general welfare and defense to kick in. This crib business doesn't apply to the commerce clause either. And thus there is no constitutional defense for the criminal over reach, abuse, and usurpation by congress.

You can murder a million babies each year for decades if you are a member of the Democratic Party, but their heathen god forbid that a handful of babies die each year accidentally in a crib.

If congress can regulate cribs it can regulate everything. And no one in their right mind believes that the founding generation believed the Constitution allowed for that. Which is why you find the Democrats (mostly) approving of it. They hate the Constitution.

The mother (Susan Cirigliano) who started this push for national legislation is quoted as saying ""I was a normal mom raising her kids. Never in a million years would I have thought that could happen to me."

Well now there's the source of the problem: the dumb mother. Any intelligent mother understands that there will be a myriad ways for a baby to die in its sleep.

It is shameful for congress to take and pervert the tragedies of individuals (especially stupid ones) as an excuse to trample the Constitution. The purpose of it is to seize more totalitarian powers via such tragedies which if criticized make monsters out of the critics instead out of the subversives and dangerous extremists in the White House and Congress who ruthlessly and diabolically take advantage of them.

The world is falling apart and the baby-killer perverts and deviants in the Democratic Party think the national effort should focus on a handful of crib deaths. Congress and the president continue to murder innocent babies in the Middle East to prove their cruel powers. And yet, the whole nation must bow to their wishes about accidental deaths.

The Three Stooges had a delicious description of really stupid people and it applies perfectly to these jokers in Congress. The term was "stupid idiots".

Which, apparently is worse than being stupid or idiotic.
