The Criminally-Minded Behavior of government officials' threat assessment has been raised to its highest level ever. It was precipitated by the detention of Senator Rand Paul by terroristic government officials of the TSA.

(note: there is no force of law behind this alert, the alert does not come from any official government entity; it merely warns citizens to be on the look out for dangerous people in official positions and to avoid them if at all possible)

This is a partial list of adults who promote charging a child or teen as an adult, or persecutes a child and terrifies him or her with harsh punishment. Anyone who promotes or charges a child or teen as an adult is exhibiting criminally-minded behavior as well as a denying scientific facts and reality.

While some teens most certainly deserve severe jail sentences, none do via adult courts and jails. The longer we, as rational people, delay creating a court system specifically for teens the more risk young people face in having their Constitutional rights against cruel punishment denied and the more we look like barbarians. Many of these young people are clearly psychotic and need medical care along with their prison terms.

This section is devoted only to charge the US government with despicable treatment of young Americans.

It is unconscionable that seemingly responsible adults (who claim to be protecting citizens) would seduce, entice, manipulate, or otherwise bamboozle young men and women not yet mentally capable of making the decision to enter a battlefield to slaughter or be slaughtered in war.

While it is not necessarily immoral to enlist a young man or woman into the military before the age of 21, it is certainly immoral to place them on the battlefield before their mental faculties have developed, or to trap them into the military and commit them to future service on the battlefield before they are old enough to understand how that soon they will become canon fodder.

I am fully persuaded that most healthy young men (and some young women) would answer the call to arms should this country be invaded or attacked by a foreign government. And so there is no need for our government to trick young people to go into military service before they are capable of understanding their decision. Because if worse came to worse, they would defend this country in a real attack (as opposed to a boogey-man phony attack or one provoked by the stupidity of government officials).
